Q: Custom Designs:
What is the lead time on a custom design?
A: Depending on the work flow, it may take at least 1-2 weeks for a custom design.

Q: Return Policy
What is your return policy?

A: Because of the nature of our products, I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. It is very important to me to provide the best customer service, if I have made a mistake, I will be more than happy to take care at no charge. However, if the error was made when ordering, I will work with you the best I can.

Q: Same Design, different color
Can I get an existing design in a different color?

A: Sometimes, it depends on the design. Please email me at sales@mylittlecreations.com before you place your order. I would hate for you to order expecting a different color and not being able to get what you wanted.

Q: Personalization
How do I give you my personalization information?
A: Please be sure to include your detailed description or personalization Information in
your email. If you are purchasing more than one of that item and want two different names on them, just make a notation of that. If you have further questions, please feel free to email me. Due to the nature of this service, I do not issue refunds on any custom orders.
